Zohreh Gholizadeh Siahmazgi completed her Ph.D. at Azad university, Science and Research Branch, Tehran, focusing on the effects of small molecules on cancer cells in 3D cell culture conditions. She is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM). Her research interests include tissue organoid modeling, drug discovery and cancer biology.
A world where we can accurately foresee pandemics and minimize their impact. We seek to forecast and control future viral pandemics by addressing the grand challenge of uncovering the genetic, molecular, cellular, and chemical rules of life underlying pathogen-host interactions through community-based and ethically grounded research.
