Computationally Predicting Pandemics & Protecting the Future

The NSF COMPASS Center seeks to tackle the grand challenge of uncovering the genetic, molecular, cellular, and chemical rules of life underlying virus-host interactions through community-based and ethically grounded research, achieved through the development of computational, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and biomedical technologies.
